Imeall na Mara (Seashore House) Bed and Breakfast in the centre of Ballydavid and is on the Dingle Way walking trail and the Slea Head Drive. The house adjoins the local post office cum shop and sells limited supplies of food. Also close by are two pubs that serve bar food; TP's and Begleys, both of which are down by the seafront. As the name of the house suggests, the house is within short walking distance of the beach.
Imeall na Mara is a modern, purpose-built B&B which has received Fáilte Ireland approval. All bedrooms have an ensuite and a television for guests to watch in private. Residents are welcome to make tea or coffee in the lounge and relax in sun room and enjoy the views over Smerwick Harbour.
Dingle Way walkers have the option of a free lift to the base of Mount Brandon in the morning. Packed lunches can be arranged in advance, as can the transfer of luggage to the next bed and breakfast on the trail.
