Finglas House is a modern, family-run bed and breakfast located in the centre of Camp Village. The house has scenic views of the mountains, Caherconree and Gearhane, from the front of the house and out across Tralee Bay looking out from the breakfast room.
Finglas House is adjacent to the Dingle Way and is central to all the amenities that walkers require. Across the road is Ashes Bar which serves evening meals; there's also an Internet Café, Laundrette and an ATM a few minutes stroll from the house. For the best choice in sandwich fillings, guests like to get their packed lunch at the local deli.
All the bedrooms are ensuite with showers (one bedroom has a bath). Tea and coffee making facilities can be found in the guest sitting room. There is also a television and plenty of books to browse through, covering many areas of interest including local history and walking routes. Drying facilities are available to walkers and luggage transfer to the next accommodation along the Dingle Way can be organised by the bed and breakfast.
We arrived yesterday by bus in Tralee and decided to walk to Camp. Tired, we arrived in Finglas House. Superb hospitality. Now Reborn!
