Coill an Róis (Forest of the Roses) is located on the Dingle Way and at the foot of Mount Brandon. The house is in a tranquil setting, surrounded by farmland and well off the main road.

The popularity of Coill an Róis has been founded on the quality of the food served. After working as a pastry chef in Manhattan's "Harbour Lights Restaurant" and London's "Corning and Barrow Wine Company", Jimmy Bruic returned back to his homeland to set up his dream guest house. Given enough advance notice to buy in fresh ingredients, Jimmy can also be persuaded to cook an evening meal. Dingle Way walkers can also avail of packed lunches.

The other feature that is frequently commented on by the guests are the showers with body jets. The main bedroom has a jacuzzi bath and two other bedrooms have steam rooms.

What Previous Guests Said...

Every morning for breakfast he baked fantastic muffins and scones, and we could choose between Irish breakfast, fruits etc. His hospitality and friendlyness is really outstanding, and we can highly recommend his B&B to everyone visiting Dingle. And of course are all rooms very nice and clean. A hot spot on this Peninsula!!
