Fels Point is a four-star hotel situated along the banks of the River Lee, looking out the Slieve Mish Mountains. Located on the Tralee Ring Road, it is just a five minute stroll to the town centre. The hotel is convenient for those walking the Dingle Way with the nearest access point also just a five minute walk away.
Officially opened in 2007, the bedrooms in Fels Point are modern and luxurious. All rooms are ensuite with a combined bath and shower. Large 26-inch LCD Tvs are in each room as well as connection points for broadband access. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in addition to a fridge.
Meals are available throughout the day in Clarets Bar on the ground floor of Fels Point. The more formal setting of Morels Restaurant is also found in the hotel and is open for evening meals only. All ingredients are seasonally selected to ensure their freshness and an extensive wine list is on offer to diners.
Guests at the hotel are offered complimentary use of the Spirit Health and Leisure Suite. Dingle Way Walkers can relax on heated thermal loungers and enjoy the sauna and steam room. Those with energy to spare can also access the gym and tennis courts.
Fels Point Hotel are happy to help Dingle Way walkers with their needs. In addition to providing a packed lunch they also offer set fees for luggage transfer to Camp at €20 and can arrange a taxi to/from Kerry Airport for a set €20.
