Located on the edge of Cloghane and on the Dingle Way, Mount Brandon Hostel is approved by Fáilte Ireland. There are two pubs next to the hostel, both of which serve food and have frequent traditional irish music sessions. There is also a shop and bakery closeby in the village. A light breakfast is included in the price for guests.
There is a large variety in room types in Mount Brandon Hostel, ranging from single, twin and double rooms up to dormitories and self-contained apartments. Bed linen is included in the price and all rooms have an ensuite. Discounts may be available for guests staying a multiple number of nights outside of the peak season.
The hostel kitchen has a large food preparation area with plenty of utensils. There are both electric and gas stoves and fridges and freezers. The dining room has views out over Brandon Bay and the guest lounge also has sea-views and a large open fire.
There are two self-catering apartments, within the hostel, each of which sleep up to four people. One apartment is an open plan loft apartment and the other apartment has two bedrooms with a private baclony with sea views.

Loft Apartment: 2/3/7 nights: €145/€240/€375-€450
Camping is permitted outside the hostel for €10 per person. This entitles full use of the hostel facilities and includes breakfast.
